RETURNS POLICY
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original conditioning and packaging.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangable.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangable.
- Items that are not in a sealed packaging are non refundable and non exchangable.
- The goods must be received within 14 days from the day you received your order.
- Any returned items that we believe have been used or if any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without prior notice. Products that we have supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- If returning an item should take your order value below the free offer level for postage and packing we then reserve the right to charge you the relevant p&p for that order. Also, reshipping charges apply when a package is returned to us by Royal Mail having been unclaimed. Any package returned to us as 'refused' will be subject to a £5 administration charge.
